We ship in the following country : Austria, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croazia, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia e Ungheria.
Orders are dispatched within 3 days after verification of product availability and successful payment. In case of an error, the amount will be returned back to your credit card/PayPal account. www.giorgio1958.com dispatches worldwide using National Postal Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number to track your parcel. If the courier doesn’t find you at home, he will leave you a paper note and you will have to pick up the parcel at the post office.
From the date of dispatching the estimated delivery date is the following:

Italy: 2/3 working days. The delivery date for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia might be one day later. Free delivery.
The European Union countries: 5/10 working days. Free delivery.
Russia and all extra-EU countries : 15/25 working days. Free delivery (duties excluded).

TAXES AND DUTIES
In EU all taxes are covered by HEROSCALZATURE s.r.l . If your country is part of European Union, the price you pay on this website is the final price and you will not have to pay anything else.
In all other countries (extra-EU), the courier may bring you a separate invoice according to the local customs requirements. The amount to pay will depend on each country’s duty and tax policy. We suggest checking local customs fees before placing an order on www.giorgio1958.com
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The conditions (D.L. 206/2005 of Italian Law) for returns and exchanges are:
– the return or exchange must be done within 14 days from the delivery date.
– the item must be intact and unused.
– the item must be sent in its original packaging
If these requests are fulfilled we can refund the paid amount. To proceed with your return you should send an email with a return request to email@example.com
All customers will be free to choose the most suitable shipping option for them and will ship the order back to HEROSCALZATURE s.r.l . at their own expense.
HEROSCALZATURE s.r.l will refund the payment of the order once the parcel comes back to the headquarters. Shipment charges and return duties will not be refunded.
We can’t accept returns of products that do not respect the above mentioned procedure. Our policy of returns allows max 1 return request per order (in that request you can ask for more than 1 product of that order).
